AFTER SCHOOL CARE THAT CARES

 

After 3 is a Harlem-based company that offers, on-site homework help/tutoring services for students. Our mission is to provide enhanced enrichment care for children grades PK to 6. We offer quality afterschool programs that focus on academics with personalized attention for each child, bridging the gap of childcare during after school hours. We believe that parents should be able to have quality time with their children and this shouldn’t conflict with completing homework.

After 3 opened its doors on September 9, 2009, as a home-based business. The program started with only 4 to 6 students in the first year. The second-year it grew to 8 to 10 students, creating the need for a bigger site.  We relocated to a storefront on 125th Street and provided pick-up service at schools for children participating in our programs. In 2014, we established our first on-site school location.

We are currently starting our 7th year of operation with NYC schools, and a project that next year we will be serving 150 students with our on-site locations and pick-up services in:
